About Us

John Varsames is the Founder and Chief Inspector of the firm. John Varsames is a third generation building contractor, he has built and renovated over 1,800 Homes and Condominiums both high rise and traditional single family and millions of square feet of commercial buildings. John taught the Florida General Contractors Course for licensing for nine years.

 John’s Commercial Clients included IBM Corporation, MacDonald Douglass, US Post Office, NYNEX, The United States Air Force, Karl Suss America, Analytical Services, Respite House, The Stern Center, Maine Bonding, John R. Wood, Cameron Real Estate Services, Trader Joe’s and many others.

 In addition John served as Vice-President of Operations & Marketing for the John R. Wood Companies, a $3.5 Billion Real Estate firm located in SW Florida.

 As a highly experienced Contractor and educator he brings these ideal talents to his clients that require a Building Consultant and Inspector. In addition he understands first hand the needs of his clients and realtors in time sensitive real estate transactions.

John served in the USAF on active duty and in the National Guard. John has served on many community Boards and is a Lt. Colonel in the USAF Auxiliary CAP and has received five Exceptional Service Awards and two National Commander Commendations for his work as a Mission Pilot in Hurricane Relief and Mission of National Significance, and his wife Heidi reside in Naples.
